DATALODE, INC. PRIVACY POLICY
DataLode provides permissioned based interactive marketing technology to Fortune 2000 companies to enable them to provide secure, relevant, and direct to the desktop communications. As part of our licensing agreements with our customers, DataLode explicitly requires the following:

  • All our Clients must adhere to the Children?s Online Privacy Protection Act (Copra), US safe harbor privacy principles of notice, Choice, Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity, Access and Enforcement, Federal Trade Commission Act of June 2005, and if applicable, the EU Directive.
  • All our clients must make it easy and simple for a consumer to opt-out of any communications
  • DataLode does not own ANY consumer information captured and transmitted using our RealConnect Technology
  • DataLode applications will not store any consumer information in cookies
Information security
DataLode takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

We restrict access to personal information only to DataLode employees, contractors agents, and associated client (s) who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality agreements and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet the agreement terms.


DataLode may process personal information for its client (s) for the purposes described in the applicable Privacy Policy and/or privacy notice for specific services. In addition to the above, such purposes include:
  • Providing our products and services from our client (s) to their users, including the display of customized content;
  • Auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve our services;
  • Ensuring the technical functioning of our network; and
  • Developing new services.
DataLode processes personal information only on our servers located in the United States of America. In all cases, we process personal information on behalf of and according to the instructions of our client (s).
